The LEPLA project deals with the effective usage of the information technology in the context of physics education problems. The project aims on development of the Internet based, complete and coherent learning environment involving learning aids, handheld technology experimental setups, communication tools, databases and relevant pedagogical methodology.
Goals: - To promote the use of experimental activities for physics teaching in contexts where they are absent or difficult to implement with a traditional approach. - To facilitate the teacher's training to the use of experimental activities in the physics teaching. - To make accessible the basic ideas, the example modules and the rela teaching materials developed by the project at all different institutional levels and in the different counts. - To create a Forum and a network to promote discussion and development of ideas and material about experimental physics teaching in the wide European context.
